I felt like a royalty in a classic European grandeur setting with incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, but there were some issues with service and attempting to charge more for an inferior room than what was reserved.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the usual toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers you'd expect from a top-notch hotel. However, the uncertainty about room availability was a bit disappointing. The location was ideal, right in the heart of Dusseldorf, surrounded by great shopping opportunities and restaurants.
